PARTICIPANT REVIEW
"As our community has grown and changed, our schools have been working to improve recognition and inclusion of numerous new cultures. In searching for possible workshops for our music staff, we found Ed Hines. Ed came to us with a wealth of knowledge and talent within Middle Eastern music. He skillfully demonstrated numerous string, wind and percussion instruments of the area. He demonstrated folk dances which included dance lessons for the whole group! The material he presented was rich with culture of the Middle East and it will surely be transfered to our music classroom. Ed Hines proved to be an awesome resource and his presentation skills are outstanding. Our staff thoroughly enjoyed their time with him and came away with great material for their lesson planning."-Mark Hickey, Director of Performing Arts, Acton-Boxborough Regional School District
